Privacy Policy
All personal information that you provide is kept absolutely private. We guarantee information used to process your order will never be sold or shared with any other company or agency. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.


Return Policy
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging.
  • An authorization number must accompany all returns, e-mail us for the number prior to sending any returns.
  • Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
  • Custom orders can not be returned.
  • Returns will not be accepted once the Baseboard Protector has been installed.

    Limited Warranty
    Baseboard Protector LLC warrants to the original owner(s) that its Baseboard Protector(s) will not be defective in manufactured parts, and agrees that it will, at its option only, either repair the defect or replace the defective part thereof with a new or reconditioned equivalent. This Limited Warranty is valid for 25 years on parts and does not include cost of labor for installation. No other warranty is expressed or implied in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is void if any of the following conditions occur: Improper installation; settlement of structure; structural shrinkage or distortion of structure; vandalism; fire; earthquakes; lightning; any modifications to the original unit; excessive accidental damage; acts of God; misuse or abuse; applied paint other than as delivered from the manufacturer; excessive impact of foreign objects or damage done during cleaning.


    Registration of Warranty
    This warranty becomes effective when the owner completes this warranty application and mail it to Baseboard Protector LLC within 30 days after the installation is complete. Failure to complete the warranty application will render this warranty null and void.


    Claims
    Any and all claims must be made within the warranty period and within 14 days after discovering the defect. The claim must reference the sale date and the purchaser's name, address, and phone number.     Contact us to obtain an authorization number.
